The beautiful silver-haired woman is preparing to leave for a night out, dressed in a white and metallic silver dress. Her canine companion stands on the hem of her scarf in objection, pleading to be taken along. She offers him his favorite ball as compensation, in a powerful testament to the deeply loving relationships we hold with our animal friends. The wall depicted behind the figures is painted in metallic bronze with raised textured roses, and is layered with dozens of coats of tinted glaze to soften the metallic bronze into a muted tone that glows softly in lamplight
